How to use (Silicone ice pack type ※ )
For immediate use
1) Silicone ice bag with ice (or ice water)
Add and close the cap.
② Place the silicone ice pack into the cold keeping holder and you're done.
Remove the ice packs as needed and use them.
If frozen thoroughly before use
1. Fill the silicone ice pack with water and close the cap.
②Stand in the refrigerator and freeze.
