■Questions about electric pots and kettles
1. When you first start using the product, it may have a new plastic smell, but this will decrease with use.
2. The water may smell bad due to the solidification of components contained in it.
1. Check that the plug is not disconnected, and if it is, plug it back in.
2. If the hot water lock is set to "locked," set it to "unlocked."
3. The filter may be clogged with limescale, etc. Remove the filter and clean the pot.

4. It may be difficult to pour immediately after boiling, so open the top lid once to release the internal pressure of the pot.
*Please be careful of steam when opening.
There may be dirt or metal pieces on the tip of the appliance plug, so unplug the appliance and then clean the tip of the appliance plug.
Do not immerse or pour water on the product as it may cause a short circuit or electric shock.
■Questions about glass thermoses
[Main body (exterior)]
1. Soak a soft cloth in diluted dishwashing detergent, wring it out tightly, and wipe off the dirt.
2. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
[Medium-sized bottle]
1. Apply diluted dishwashing detergent to a sponge brush handle and scrub gently.
2. Add hot water, shake gently and rinse 2-3 times to remove all detergent.
3. Red spots that look like rust may appear on the inner bottle due to water quality or impurities. If this occurs, add 10% citric acid to a certain amount of boiling water, leave for about 3 hours, then wash the inside thoroughly with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly.
[Middle cap]
1. Soak a soft cloth in water or lukewarm water and wipe off any dirt.
2. Wipe with a dry cloth.

■Questions about stainless steel bottles and tumblers
Depending on the temperature of the beverage you put in, condensation may occur due to the temperature difference between the outside and inside of the non-stainless steel parts. This is not a problem with the insulation.
To judge the heat retention effect, fill the bottle halfway with hot water. If the outside of the bottle becomes hot within a few minutes, the heat retention effect has decreased.
1. Make sure to tighten the stopper and cap tightly.
2. Install the stopper packing and cap packing correctly.
3. When putting it in a bag etc., please place it upright to prevent any leakage.
1. Dry ice/carbonated drinks *This is dangerous as the pressure inside the container may increase, making it difficult to open the cap or stopper, or causing the contents to spray out due to the pressure, or the cap or stopper may break and fly off.
2. Items containing salt, such as miso soup or soup. *There is a risk of rusting or losing its heat retention.
3. Milk, dairy products, fruit juice, etc. *The ingredients may spoil.
*If left unattended for a long time, gas will be produced as the container decomposes, causing the pressure inside the container to increase and the contents to spray out or the cap or stopper to break and scatter, creating a dangerous situation.
4. Fruit pulp, tea leaves, etc.* May get caught between the spout or cap, causing blockages, leakage, or other malfunctions.
Do not use it as it may cause damage such as scratches, rust or deformation.
[Main unit]
1. If the stain is severe, soak a soft cloth in hot water and diluted dishwashing detergent, wring it out tightly, and wipe the stain.
2. Wipe thoroughly with a dry cloth.
[Inner bottle]
1. Wash thoroughly with a soft sponge and dry thoroughly.
