About orders
You can order products by following the steps below, from product selection to payment.
Inquiries and order shipments will be handled on business days.
1. On the product page of your choice, select the quantity and click "Add to Cart" to proceed to the cart page.
2.You can check and set the following on the cart page.
・Change quantity: You can change the quantity in the quantity display area.
・Delete: You can delete the product you have selected.
・Confirm your order amount: You can check the total amount of your order.
・Using points: You can use points by logging in.
・Enter the points you wish to use: After entering the points you wish to use, click the [Use points] button, and the points you used will be reflected in the total amount.
3. After clicking the [Checkout] button on the cart page, you will proceed to the customer information input page. Enter your customer information, select your payment method and billing information, and click [Pay Now] to complete your order.
*Please confirm your order details. It may be difficult to change your customer information after your order has been completed. Please pay particular attention to the following details and make sure there are no mistakes before completing your order.
・Confirmation of payment method: It is not possible to change the payment method after placing an order. If you wish to change the payment method, please cancel the order and place it again.
Once an order has been completed, it cannot be changed from My Page, etc. If you need to make any changes, please contact us via the " Customer Support " page. Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request depending on the content. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment
Currently, only credit card payments are accepted.
The following credit cards are available:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB
Credit card customer receipts do not exist as payments are made electronically.
For details of your usage, please refer to the statement from your card company.
・Refunds will be made via the payment company. Please note that depending on the closing date, the payment may be withdrawn once and then refunded at the time of billing from the following month onwards.
About Membership Registration
Membership registration is free.

About delivery and shipping fees
If your purchase amount is 5,000 yen (tax included) or more, we will ship your order free of charge.
If your total purchase amount is less than 5,000 yen (tax included), shipping fees will vary depending on the product.

For areas other than those listed above,
The fee will be a flat rate of 550 yen (tax included).
*Additional shipping charges may apply to remote islands and some areas.
<Parts>
Parts purchased for 330 yen or less (tax included): Shipping fee 165 yen (tax included)
Parts purchased for 331 yen or more (tax included): Shipping fee 330 yen (tax included)
If you purchase this item at the same time as the product, you will only be charged the shipping fee for the product.
●Products will be delivered within approximately one week after payment of the total amount.
(Excluding natural disasters, traffic conditions, year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays, etc.)
*Delivery may take more than a week depending on product and parts availability and delivery address.
●When the product arrives, please check the box, bag, etc. for signs of having been dropped or any major scratches or damage, and then stamp or sign the delivery slip as a receipt.
If you notice any such signs, be sure to open and check the product in the presence of the delivery person.
Please accept any mailed items as is.
●When the parts arrive, please check the parts you ordered for any major scratches or damage.
●Shipping is limited to within Japan.
●Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

●If you order a product, it will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
<Parts>
●If you order parts, they will be delivered by Sagawa Express, postal mail, etc.
We cannot accept requests for specific dates. Thank you for your understanding.
When purchasing products and parts together,
Since the shipping origin and shipping company are separate, the arrival date and time of the product will vary.
Please note that we cannot ship multiple items together.
There is no separate shipping charge, only the shipping cost of the product.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
●Initial defects, shipping errors
After checking, we will respond individually. In general, we will replace the product or part with a new one.
We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience, except in cases where a defective product or incorrect product or part has been delivered.
If you wish to return a defective product, please contact us in advance by email or phone.
When returning products or parts, please be sure to include your purchase receipt with the return.
●Return deadline
Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
Please note that in such cases, we may not be able to accept the return if the product or parts have been damaged by the customer.
Return shipping fee
Please contact us in advance if you receive a defective product, as we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
If the product has been opened or used (excluding initial defects)
● If damage occurs to the product while it is in your possession
If the product is defective upon delivery, please contact us by phone or return the product along with your purchase receipt.
